Pet Mansion is an online platform designed to pet owners find pet sitting services through online listings offered by others. It is merely an online venue for users to learn about one another and, at their own discretion, arrange sitting services with one another for their pets and Pet Mansion is not a party to any of these arrangements. We are not a referrer, agent or insurerand you understand and agree that Pet Mansion is not responsible for the outcome of any agreements entered between the users.
Pet Mansion does not control, supervise or provide equipment to the sitters, and has no control over the quality, timing, legality, failure to provide, or any other aspect whatsoever of the services provided by listed sitters. It is your responsibility to share any and all relevant information, including but not limited to medical issues, allergies or other conditions about your pet prior to engaging the sitters.
2. Eligibility
This website and our services are intended for persons above 18 years of age. By accessing or using this site or our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18 years old, do not use our site or our services.
3. Our Content
All content on this website is for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Pet Mansion does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. By continuing to use the site, you acknowledge that the information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we will not be liable for any of these inaccuracies or their consequences. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. This website may include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience and informationand do not imply that we endorse the websites or their content. We do not bear any responsibility for the content of these linked websites.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for any user content (profile information, reviews and messages) you post on the site or transmit to other users.Once such content is posted or transmitted, it cannot always be withdrawn. We are under no obligation to monitor user content submitted on the site.
However, we may remove any information or material that in our opinion either
· Violates, or may violate the law or the letter or spirit of our Terms of service.
· Is or might be false, misleading, abusive, offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other users.
· Is deemed inappropriate or objectionable for any other reason at Pet Mansion’s discretion.
Pet Mansion does not screen or verify any content submitted by users and hasno control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of profiles or reviews provided by users. We cannot verify or otherwise authenticate any claims made by listed sitters.
By posting content on this site, you grant Pet Mansion a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content for commercial purposes.

5. Limitations of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that Pet Mansion is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequentialdamages associated with the boarding of your pet or any related services. This may include but are not limited to, sickness, bodily injury or death to your pet, or any damages to your home, property or their occupants (whether caused by the sitter, any family member, friend, pet or other third parties). It is your sole responsibility to make decisions that are in the best interests of yourself and your pet/s.
When you use our services, either as a member or sitter, you expressly release and discharge Pet Mansion or its affiliates, directors, employees or agentsof any liability or responsibility for any damage, suits, claims, and/or controversies that have arisen or may arise relating to the sitting service, boarding pet/s or your use of or inability to use the services or website.
6. Account Termination
You may cancel your account at any time by sending an email to info@petmansion.com.sg. You may re-register at any time, but your previous information and activity and any user content you may have uploaded may no longer be available.
Pet Mansion reserves the right to at its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice suspend or terminate your account and your access to the site, remove your profile, user content or any content posted by or about you from the site.
7. Modification
Pet Mansion reserves the right to modify our Terms of Serviceat any given time without the consent of users. Changes or modifications to these terms will be reflected on this page. By continuing to use the website and/or service you express consent to the changes.
